DR. LANCE BERGSTROM
OWNER, M.D, FACS
Dr. Bergstrom attended medical school at University of Minnesota graduating in 1991. He completed his internship at Hennepin County Medical Center and his sub-specialty training at the University of Missouri.
He has a long-standing interest in medical aesthetics and since 1995 was the first doctor in North Dakota to provide Botox treatments to patients for both cosmetic and medical reasons. The fillers that are used in aesthetics were originally developed for ophthalmologist for eye surgery.
Dr. Bergstrom performs more eyelid procedures than anybody in the region and has taken numerous post graduate courses on aesthetic care for the eye and face. He was one of the original founders of Rejuv Medi Spa in Fargo and the medical director at Hair Success Spa for over 10 years.
He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is on staff at UND medical school as an Assistant Clinical Professor Dept. Of Surgery.

JEN ACKERSON
FNP-C NURSE PRACTIONER
As a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner at Bergstrom Aesthetics, Jen combines advanced clinical expertise with a passion for natural-looking, transformative results. With a strong background in medical aesthetics, Jen specializes in cutting-edge injectables, advanced laser technologies, and regenerative therapies designed to enhance each patient’s unique beauty.

Jen's passion for aesthetics started during one of her rotations and says "there's a lot we can do in aesthetics to make people feel comfortable and confident in themselves".

Driven by a philosophy that exceptional aesthetic medicine requires both art and science, Jen prioritizes patient education, safety, and highly customized treatment plans. Whether providing complex skin rejuvenation or subtle facial balancing, her goal is always the same: to help her patients feel empowered, confident, and radiant in their own skin. Outside of the clinic, she is dedicated to continuous medical education, spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
JILL KOLLMAN
MASTER AESTHETICIAN
Jill Kollman is a Master Aesthetician, graduating from The Salon Professional Academy in Fargo, ND.

Jill head started Bergstrom Aesthetics in 2016 alongside Dr. Bergstrom with a goal to give patients amazing results and make them feel their best. She brings in medical experience having graduated from St. Lukes School of Nursing and earned her BSN at MSUM in Moorhead, MN.
As a retired nurse, Jill is driven to provide results and creates customized treatment plans designed to give her patients the best possible result.
Outside of the clinic, Jill spends time out at the lake with family and is an avid gardener and cook. She resides in Fargo along with her husband, three children, and four grandsons.
