DR. LANCE BERGSTROM
OWNER, M.D, FACS
Dr. Bergstrom attended medical school at University of Minnesota graduating in 1991. He completed his internship at Hennepin County Medical Center and his sub-specialty training at the University of Missouri.
Dr. Bergstrom has a long-standing interest in medical aesthetics and since 1995 was the first doctor in North Dakota to provide Botox treatments to patients for both cosmetic and medical reasons. The fillers that are used in aesthetics were originally developed for ophthalmologist for eye surgery.
Dr. Bergstrom performs more eyelid procedures than anybody in the region and has taken numerous post graduate courses on aesthetic care for the eye and face. He was one of the original founders of Rejuv Medi Spa in Fargo and the medical director at Hair Success Spa for over 10 years. Dr. Bergstrom is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is on staff at UND medical school as an Assistant Clinical Professor Dept. Of Surgery.
As an ophthalmic surgeon Dr. Bergstrom is trained with attention to finest detail. Dr. Bergstrom and staff have invested in the latest technology and training in the aesthetics clinic and hope to exceed our clients expectations in every respect.
SARAH SCHMIESS
AESTHETIC NURSE, RN, BSN
Sarah grew up in Fargo and received her nursing degree from North Dakota State University. Her nursing background includes the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Dermatology. She has always loved the medical aesthetic industry and has a strong passion for all things skin health and anti-aging!
Sarah takes pride in her strong attention to detail and ability to listen to patients' concerns and goals - resulting in unique treatment plans that give beautiful, natural results! Building relationships with patients and highlighting your natural beauty is the Sarah's favorite part about her career.
She enjoys building relationships with patients and bringing out individuals' natural beauty and confidence.
ln her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, coffee, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
JILL KOLLMAN
MASTER AESTHETICIAN, BSN
Jill Kollman is a Master Aesthetician, graduating from The Salon Professional Academy in Fargo, ND.
Jill's extensive experience has involved every aspect of the industry, from microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and facials - to more advanced modalities such as fractionated plasma and IPL laser treatments. Jill is driven to provide results and creates customized treatment plans designed to give her patients the best possible result.
Outside of the clinic, Jill spends time out at the lake with family and is an avid gardener and cook. She resides in Fargo along with her husband, three children, and two grandsons.
CASSANDRA CARNEY
MASTER AESTHETICIAN
Cassandra Carney is a Master Aesthetician who graduated from Josef’s School of Hair Design with an Aesthetics specialty in Chemical Peels and customized Microdermabrasions. Cassandra has been in the cosmetic industry for over 10 years and still enjoys doing freelance makeup for weddings and special occasions.
She is an expert on anti-aging skincare treatments including laser photo facial correcting, dermaplaning, and hyperpigmentation/ sun spot reduction. Cassandra brings a more updated and fresh perspective to treatments by staying up to date on skincare evolutions and remaining current with new trends and approaches.
Cassandra takes pride in intently listening to her patients and coming up with a customized regimen and personal plan for your specific skin wants and needs.
In her free time Cassandra enjoys spending time with her husband, son, two dogs, and family/friends.
TERI DOSCHADIS
PRACTICE MANAGER
Teri joined Bergstrom Eye and Laser Clinic in 2005 as Refractive Surgery Coordinator and Office Manager. She previously worked for Vision World as the General Manager in the Twin Cities and Fargo/Moorhead having already accumulated 25 years in Optical and is certified by the American Board of Opticians.
When Bergstrom Aesthetics opened, Teri was happy to gain the position of Practice Manager. She loves being able to work alongside Dr. B on both the clinical eye side and medical aesthetics side! Fun fact - Teri earned an Interior Design degree from North Dakota State University and attended cosmetology school!
Teri and her husband have raised 2 wonderful young men that have spread their wings with one living in Nashville and the other in Boston. She is a huge North Dakota State Bison/Vikings football fan! Football/Dogs/Country Music are her 3 favorite things. Her hobbies are event planning and decorating.
