MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
The Vitality Membership requires an initial six-month commitment and automatically renews for additional six-month terms unless canceled in accordance with the Membership Agreement. Membership benefits are for the exclusive use of the member and are non-transferable. Complimentary monthly services do not roll over. Monthly membership funds do carry over. Membership benefits cannot be combined with monthly specials or package pricing. Early cancellation during the initial six-month term is subject to the terms outlined in the Membership Agreement.
