Q. Does the Vitality Membership require a commitment period?
A. The Vitality Membership requires an initial six-month commitment and automatically renews for additional six-month terms unless canceled in accordance with the Membership Agreement. Early cancellation during the initial six-month term is subject to the terms outlined in the Membership Agreement.
Q. Can benefits be shared by family or people in the same household?
A. Membership benefits are for the exclusive use of the member and are non-transferable.
Q. What membership benefits can be rolled over?
A. Complimentary monthly services do not roll over. Monthly membership funds do carry over.
